The Supporting Early Literacy course is designed to connect teachers to free, available content that can support early literacy instruction in their classrooms. Additionally, the content available through MeL gives teachers the resources they need to achieve many of the goals highlighted in the Essential Instructional Practices in Literacy and throughout the state curriculum in all content areas. By moving the eResources in MeL to your own teaching and learning environment, you can provide easy access to databases that have the content your students need to enrich their literacy development.
