This course is the second in a series of four modules centered on the Essential Coaching Practices in Elementary Literacy, and is meant to describe a set of research-supported literacy coaching practices to guide literacy coaches in their work with teachers. It will focus on adult learning and building collaborative relationships, as outlined in Essential Coaching Practices 2 and 3.
